How do I send my used sunglasses back to be recycled? Click here to recycle your sunglasses. We'll send you a free shipping label and you can send the sunglasses back to us in any condition. You'll also receive a 15% off promo code as a thank you!
What exactly happens to the sunglasses that are sent back to be recycled? We take the frames and shred them into small pieces of plastic. That plastic is then entered back into production to create new sunglasses. We work with recycling partners to responsibly recycle the lenses and hinges.
What is your return policy? We accept returns that are initiated within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Your return will be credited back to the original form of payment. A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return please email hello@cocoplumco.com.
